You agree to provide accurate information, complete instructions, and the necessary files required for the project. You are responsible for ensuring that you own the images submitted to us or have the legal right to use and edit them.

infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
contains unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive material

includes malware, viruses, or harmful code
All orders are processed based on the details provided by the client. Delivery times may vary depending on image quantity, complexity, and service type.
Any stated turnaround time is an estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays may occur if:
files are incomplete or corrupted
instructions are unclear
revisions are requested
large or complex orders require more time
Prices for our services may vary depending on complexity, quantity, turnaround time, and service type. Final pricing may be confirmed after file review.

We provide revision support to ensure the final output matches the agreed instructions. Revisions are limited to the original scope of work.
Additional changes, new instructions, or requests outside the original order may be treated as a new order or may result in extra charges.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not guaranteed once work has started or files have been delivered.
However, if there is a clear failure to follow the agreed instructions, we may offer reasonable revisions or review the matter fairly. Refunds, if approved, will be issued at our sole discretion.
Clients retain ownership of the original images they submit.
After full payment is received, the client will have the right to use the final edited images delivered by Edit Yard for personal or commercial use, subject to any third-party rights attached to the original files.
Edit Yard does not claim ownership of your original files.
Unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, Edit Yard reserves the right to use edited images for portfolio, website, marketing, or promotional purposes.
If you do not want your images displayed, please inform us in advance.
We respect client confidentiality and handle submitted files with care. We do not sell, publish, or disclose client files to third parties except where required to provide the service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
Edit Yard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
